Let’s get started with my photography blog.
This is a type of snack called "Nimki," which can be found at food shops. It is made with dough, shaped into small pieces, and deep-fried. After frying, it is sprinkled with kalonji (nigella seeds). It has a crunchy texture and is very delicious. This snack is especially enjoyed when eaten with various types of food. People often take it to serve guests at home.
The snack is available in our local markets and hotels, where they make and store it in containers. Once the stock is finished, they start making more. When people visit relatives or attend various events, they often take Nimki with them. I have taken a few pictures of Nimki from one of the hotels and am sharing them with you.
