The green plant that you see is an edible that is very tasty and very nutritious. It is used by many as a salat but many also cook it and eat it. We mostly use it as salat on different days and big occasions and everyone eats it as sadh. It is very helpful in improving the taste of the mouth and it helps to retain your youth by providing a lot of nutrients to your skin.

I eat it most of the time. It has become a habit for me to eat which I don't eat other foods regularly. However, I took these photographs for you and shared them with you today.
