Skyscrapers soaring through the sky in Manhattan. New construction underway!

What makes a city Tech. In New York City it's the constant visual. The skyline is always something is always popping up a new and Brilliant. The far west side of Manhattan has been getting a lot of new development recently put on by Bloomberg and now continued by Mayor de Blasio the west side has really changed the look and feel of Manhattan. This is especially true if you're viewing from New Jersey.

The property is being built or mixed you and it's being managed by Brookfield properties. The properties are also containing a 1.5 acre public park. This has been largely spurred by the 7th Avenue 7 train extension along 42nd Street bringing more people to the area. The developer Brookfield properties estimated that the completion will be in July 2017. However they're far behind schedule as it is already August and much of the buildings are still being constructed. There will be at least 5 new building 1 Manhattan West, to Manhattan West, 3 Manhattan West, for Manhattan West, 5 Manhattan West.
