First Plum Blossom of 2020!
After being awoken by some serious rain this morning, I was pleasantly surprised to spot this brave little tree with a few of the years first Plum blossoms! While not as famous as the Cherry Blossoms which are still a few months away, the plums are among the first plants to bloom in the year. In this case January 8th!
I hope this brightened your day a little bit!
It is an early blooming plum flowers.

Not sure if it's the kind of tree but, it's in a giant flower pot. That tends to be a bit warmer and they'll bloom earlier than trees planted in the ground.
