Pine Mountain.
Located in Bartow county, Cartersville Georgia.
At 1,562ft, It isn't the tallest around but you get an excellent view from its peak. At the top you can experience Lake Allatoona a bit differently, a perfect overlook of the lake. There are several trails so it is a pretty easy hike if you just want to visit the top at just under 1.2 miles from one of the trailheads. In the distance you'll also be able to see the city of Atlanta. Whether you want to hike several miles all day or just visit the peak for some nice photos, Pine Mountain has trails that are perfect for either adventure.
