Burj Khalifa, Dubai
Finally, the day arrived when we'll see the tallest building in the world.
Every time we drove on the streets of Dubay I want to take a photo. It was not easy. You never find a right spot. One time you're too far away, next time you're too close. Or maybe some other buildings are on your way.
This was the best one I could get.
We bought tickets online. It's much cheaper, but you need to book a couple days in advance.
You need to be there an hour earlier to check in and undergo a security check. Like on the airport.
Before you reach elevators you go through a hallway where you can see all details how they build the whole area. It's very interesting.
Elevator travels at 10 m/s and you reach 124th floor quite fast.
The lift boy said: welcome on top, and that was it.
Enjoy:
But when you look up you can see this. Another 40 storeys.
We stayed there about an hour and I can't describe the feelings. There is no way to do it. You need to be there.
It was a bit hazy and I know that photos are a crappy, but how many people can show you something like this?
Back on a groud level.
Tomorrow is Sunday. Don't waste it on steemit. Go out. It's summer time.
It looks majestic! I have been there at night, a bit different atmosphere but still amazing.

Great eye, I love visiting Dubai such an extravagant city. If you have time, I would recommend a trip to Musandam Peninsula. Its only about a 2 and a half hr drive and they have tour guides who you can book with. Check it out especially if you like to take photographs. Cheers.
You could get me that high only with a XXXXL blunt...lolz...
I like the ground level better:)
Nice to see the tallest one...
What a city. One day I will visit up there also! :)
Dubai is really impressive indeed! I've got the chance to be there for 10 days in 2015, it's was just awesome! So many huge wonderfully designed buildings everywhere!
Crazy to say it, but I did not have time to visit Burj Khalifa!!
Thanks for sharing your experience
