[Steemit Tips] How To Find Copyright-Free Images
There is a saying, A picture paints a thousand words, which means that showing something directly is better than explaining it. Articles are also the same. Rather than articles with just texts, articles that have photos properly attached are much easier to understand and nicer to look at, too.
But we can't take photos which we need at every moment, and so we download them from Naver or Google through searching, but if things go wrong, we can encounter copyright issues.
Then where do we find photos we can use freely?
Today, I'll show you some photo sites that you can use without worrying about copyright.
1. New Old Stock
In this site, you can mostly find images of vintage mood which copyright term has expired.
If you want black-and-white photographs that give classic feeling, New Old Stock is the right one for you.
2. PEXELS
There are more than 5,000 photos in PEXELS, and you can find them through searching and tags.
Especially, you can see images already popular to people through Popular Photo, so I recommend this site
3. Unsplash
This site has beautiful pictures of artists from all over the world.
There are many photographs of various artists, high quality landscapes, daily photos.
4. Cupcake
Cupcakes are a mix of natural and urban scenery.
Good for use as wallpaper.
5. All The Free Stock
This is the site which I recommend the most. I have mentioned various sites up to now, but with this one site, it doesn't matter if you don't know other sites. The reason is because you can search images of other situes in this site. You can look for various image sites through searching in All The Free Stock site, so it is more efficient to look for images.
I hope you find a great picture from the free image site I mentioned and if I have any good information in the future, I will share it again.

Good post! Pixabay is bigger than pexels and also free. I have read that you can specify in a Google image search for images labeled for re-use. I also wrote an article yesterday about stock photography. I find it interesting that most of the people in stock photos are white! Let me know what you think of my post.
