Is this the moon or the sun? I would guess the sun, it's pretty bright. But something about the darkness and the clouds make me also think of night time here. Maybe this could be night if you've done a bunch of effects on the photo. Either way, it's a nice shot. It makes me want to go outside and just stare up at the sky for a while.
