Sun Yuchen is a liar, thief, charlatan, and all around cunt. But I don't need to tell you that. Find me at Hive, where we are glad to be rid of him and all of his fake followers, sockpuppets, and thieves.
GREAT SHOTS! You could post these one on the SteemitPhotoChallenge!!! Another very post, thanks for sharing. I love music and I had to check this out. AWESOME! Thanks a again and namaste :)
I added the tag since it's on topic and all, but I am judging this week's so I can't really enter it and hope to win :P Edit: That's a good point. I should be promoting the thing I'm judging.

Nice. Stage lights are some of the hardest lights to deal with behind the camera, too, because the level of just pure color being projected is sometimes so hard to manage, especially with red. I really dislike red stage lightning, even when shooting film. In fact, even more so if they're the new LED stage lights.
I like the results you got here. I can tell where going to extremes on the WB may have cost you some image noise, but it's not a deal-breaker in your samples.
Thanks! I am going for broke on noise here anyway. I shot at ISO 12800. Most exposures are at 1/50th of a second so it was basically at the limit of shutter speed before every shot ended up blurry. I ended up with a ton of blurred shots. This was with my f/4 zoom lens at f/4 for every shot. I could have tried the 50mm f/1.4 but with that I end up with more missed focus shots than blurred ones, and missing focus is way more frustrating :) Also having to do big crops with all that noise makes things no good.
Looks good to me - great balance between noise and detail, really nailed it
Thank you @adamt!
I like it - it's like a warmer, more lively version of B & W.
Thank you for the comment! It still turned out a bit cold because I didn't play with retoning it. I may do that for another post.
I can see where that coldness shows - the skin pallor is a little iffy in some of the shots, but the warmth of the red (I presume?) scarf is a very nice touch. Looking forward to more ;)
sound very good to me @pfunk
these are really great shots!
Thank you very much @doitvoluntarily
I really like this, it has been a while since I heard a new punk band that I liked.
Good to hear someone's enjoying the music too. Make sure you get a taste of Modern Pyramids I (the first half last track). Perfect post-punk.
Fresh sound
Glad you got to hear a new band!
Photos are excellent. Not only the color balance, which really works, but composition as well.
Thank you much @smooth and thanks for the feedback on my saturation experiment.
The photos came out great, I like the muted tones... I get a throwback 90's vibe from it. Really awesome shots too, very expressive!
Thank you and thanks for the feedback :) Do you mean the band were expressive? I don't know about that, many musicians around here like to keep a stoic face while performing, drummers being the exception. :P
Haha! There's expression there, all in the eyes! 😉
Great live shots of the band.
Thank you :)
