Capturing the moments of life!!
I Went out today to get myself clicked in the perfect weather today in the City of CHANDIGARH which is the first planned city of our country India. Wore my ethnic clothes locally referred to as KURTI in our regional language HINDI.
India being a country having a large population variety so we have different customs and practices in huge amount of variations and we stand good to our country's motto of "UNITY IN DIVERSITY" . Although it may be hard for foreigners to get a hold of our lifeways. All they got to know is that we are simple but loving people who are extremely hardworking and welcome everyone to visit our incredible country atleast once in their lives.
The place I visited for my shoot is The Sukhna Lake which is an artificial lake was created by Le Corbusier a French architect and the Chief Engineer P L Verma. Corbusier insisted on 2 things:
1.) That it be forbidden for motor boats to circulate in the water.
2.) For vehicular traffic should be prohibited on top of the promenade.
The lake is surrounded by a golf course to the south, and Nek Chand's famous Rock Garden of Chandigarh( A World heritage Site) to its west.
I was scared from a dog approaching towards me which led to this candid picture of me worried a little bit.
These are some of my favorite pictures handpicked by me as my favorite ones from the shoot.I was very pleased with the photography of my good friend Navneet who clicked all these pictures for me on my request.
He did a really good job in clicking these candid shots of me.
The last one for today is this closeup picture of my JHUMKI or earing without which an Indian attire is incomplete.
It was a great day today gonna visit someplace new tomorrow.
Stay tuned for more guys
