“The Great Orion Nebula and the Running Man.”

No praise is too high for the Great Orion Nebula, one of the grandest beauties of the winter night sky. Nebulas are clouds of gas and dust that occur in interstellar space, quite often labeled as stellar nurseries, place where stars are born. At just 1344 light years away, the Orion Nebula is a nearby star forming region in our own Milky Way and one of the brightest nebulae visible to the naked eye. It is also one of the easiest deep sky objects to photograph.

Captured with Canon 70-200mm f/2.8, 7D Mk2.
