weird bubbles? what's weird about a bubble? lol. Anyway, the answer I was looking was series of lamps and hopefully someone figuring out it was a restaurant, etc. I'll give you a runner up upvote as the lamp is made of (a not large) clear glass marble with bubbles inside (not weird, totally not weird).

They really do look like marbles on display. It didn’t register that they could actually be lamps. That’s really cool!
