Eiffel Bridge - Porto Portugal

This is the Maria Pia bridge in Porto. It is also referred to as the Eiffel bridge since it was designed by Gustave Eiffel. There are pedestrian walks on both the lower and upper levels. I walked across the lower level many times, but never the upper level. I took this photo at the beginning of November 2018.
