I did 17 Pull-Ups today!
Today was my strongest day. I had more strength and control throughout the motion.
Instead of facing the oak trees of West Main Park, I decided to face toward California State Route 198.
I didn’t walk to the park today, but I walked around the park for a little cool down on the shady path.

I’m @runridefly, and I want to feel strong again. I’m 46 years old in 2 weeks, and I feel really old sometimes.
That's a lot more than I can do haha and I'm in my early 20's. Super impress bro!!! I'm currently working on my pull-ups as well (my core is really weak) and I wish you the best of luck!
17 pull ups , really you're strong man , i can even remember the last time i watched my dad work out. its really great that you're working out man , keep it up.
What a beautiful scenery it is!
Man you are not old. 46 is not old, you can work hard and get fit and then you will not feel old. Anyways I am impressed with your concern about fitness. Really mate I appreciate your efforts to make sure you live a long healthy life, because fitness is important.
I loved this post. Beautiful photographs, I love taking pictures of nature, I feel it is the most beautiful thing we have in the world and we must take good care of it. Thanks for sharing friend @runridefly. Greetings 😎
17 pull-ups is incredible!
At the State Fair, here in MN, there's an Army booth 'area' where the challenge is for anyone to be able to do 20.
If you accomplish this feat, you've earned yourself a medal 🏅.
I'm in my 40's too; I'm trying out a dietary and supplement protocol to see if I can increase my natural testosterone levels. All the details are on my blog here on Steemit, testing my blood in June to see if what I'm experimenting with shows a clinical difference in two months.
The last sentence in your post tells me you would benefit...
Lately I feel like I'm slowly changing into a werewolf... 🤗 🐺
