Walk along by nature
It’s important to have a balance of visual experience in a day. When I feel like I spent too many hours facing the computer, I usually walk around our neighbourhood to divert my attention towards nature. It’s the time that I feel more relaxed and it’s also my way of relaxing my eyes.
