Have you ever imagined a doctor for the snakes? No, not the trivial ones wearing white aprons. A doctor having wings!!

People in Southern America believe that dragonflies follow the snake & if it finds an injury of the snake, it stitches!! That's why it's also called the 'Snake Doctor'. Let's catch up with some exciting facts about dragonflies and test how well you know them.

1. They catch their prey during the time of their flight & they can eat about 30 thousands of mosquito a day!! Enough mosquitoes to spoil at least 60 thousands of people's sleep at night.

2. It can fly up & down like a hovering helicopter. Cool!

3. It breathes through the abdomen. You can actually find the back side of the body expanding & compressing.

4. It has 30 thousand lenses in their eyes.

5. Male dragonflies fly with other males to claim & defend a territory.
