Do we seek decentralization?

Hello

Day 5!

Yeah, we all do seek decentralization, but do we truly? Do we seek freedom?

I think the first men and women on earth were the most free people. The system was the most decentralized at that time. (actually there were no system at that time, just the nature). What happened then? Mankind slowly traded freedom and decentralization for security and comfort. Slowly, systems formed to make sure no one uses the new tools for bad things, and people had to trust someone with that system. (in many cases in the past, that person was the system)
The greed of the mankind made him go after more power and stronger tools. With the newly available tools, they needed new rules to control the people, so no one "misuse"s those tools, and also, people are a great source of power, so anyone who had more control on people, also had more power. But as people understand more, it's harder to control them, so it's important to control their mind.

At this point, the time we live in, systems (governments, corporations) have advanced tool to control peoples mind but still, we know who to blame when things go wrong. We blame facebook for our stolen numbers, we blame google for reading our emails and suggesting related adds, we blame NSA for listening to our calls (actually not mine, just yours, because I live in Iran, lol). But what if the internet becomes decentralized? What if they create a currency that no one actually knows the creator? Who are we gonna blame if bitcoin lose all it's value? Who are we gonna blame if there is no one in charge, no one responsible.

Actually, all these that I said, sounds weird to myself, but I can't believe that internet is going in a good direction, specially when google and facebook own so much of the submarine cables that are responsible for 95% (or even more) of the internet traffic.

Couldn't agree more: until we gain core strength (some great Yoga classes are available on the wonderfully Grand Central YT) we need somebody else to blame.

I should have said hold responsible, instead of blame.

Even if deep state doesn't exist now, it will with the current path of "decentralization".
