Christmas snowmen / Weihnachtsschneemänner

I live in Russia in the Far North. Usually in winter we have a lot of snow here, but this year there is a lot of it! Since the end of October, it often snows. About 3 precipitation norms a month fell in our city of Murmansk in December, this is a record for 80 years of observing the weather! Snowdrifts are taller than human growth, I’m afraid that it will be by April ... So if you don’t have snow, it fell with us ... But there is a small plus - there are a lot of snowmen! I met these two at a hat shop. Very optimistic snowmen) They, like a mink, hid the symbols of the Rat coming later on on the eastern calendar. Happy New Year!)))

Ich lebe in Russland im hohen Norden. Normalerweise haben wir im Winter viel Schnee, aber dieses Jahr gibt es viel Schnee! Seit Ende Oktober schneit es oft. In unserer Stadt Murmansk sind im Dezember ungefähr 3 Niederschlagsnormen pro Monat gefallen. Dies ist ein Rekord für 80 Jahre Beobachtung des Wetters! Die Schneeverwehungen sind größer als das menschliche Wachstum, ich befürchte, dass es bis April sein wird ... Wenn Sie also keinen Schnee haben, ist es mit uns gefallen ... Aber es gibt auch ein kleines Plus - viele Schneemänner! Ich habe diese beiden in einem Hutgeschäft getroffen. Sehr optimistische Schneemänner) Sie versteckten wie ein Nerz die Symbole der Ratte, die später im östlichen Kalender erscheinen. Frohes Neues Jahr!)))
