Who ever thought jumping in puddles was fun!?!

If there's one thing I've learned while living in Scotland (where it's ALWAYS raining), is no matter if you're man, woman, boy, girl...or even a dog...raincoat or no raincoat, standing out in the cold, rain is a pretty miserable experience for all involved.
