I love Ireland!
That's got to do with the friendliness of its people, their accents, the charming cities with their pubs and cafés, all the different legends and the beautiful, wild landscape. Okay, admittedly, Irish Coffee plays its role, too. 😉
This pic was taken some time and distance after the previous one, facing the - as I've called it before - 'mainstream direction' of the Cliffs of Moher! The photo that I posted previously (7.0) shows the chalky ground I'm standing on here! I hoped for the weather to be better since it looks so much nicer with blue sky, but no luck unfortunately - even though there is to say that it didn't rain, at least, which made the stay more pleasant. Typical case of looking at the glass as being half full or empty, I guess 😊
Fun fact: Even though the Cliffs of Moher are most famous, they're not even close to being the highest cliffs in Ireland. The highest point here is around 200m, whereas the cliffs in County Donegal up north reach thrice the height!
