Nearby, hillside Wat Phra Yai Temple features an 18m-tall golden Buddha. The area also features several designer golf courses, some with views of Pattaya Bay.

With such a diverse mix of locals and expats, you can experience an explosion of flavors from every corner of the globe in Thailand. This is no more apparent than in Pattaya, where an abundance of international offerings and traditional Thai flavors mean you’ll never be hungry for long...

While Payatta is "Sin City" to some, it is definitely more than just the seedy bars on the Walking Street. I'm not a big fan of "downtown" Pattaya, so I try to avoid the crowds and head to some of the quieter attractions around the city. Strap on your flippers or your walking boots, because there's plenty of adventure waiting for you!
