Kino Scooter Photo session

Hello again! In this post I do a photo session with a Kino scooter. Being inspired by my purchase of a new Aprilia scooter, another family member choose to get one as well, my amazing mother. She bought a Kino, had it shipped and began riding! I thought it was the cutest little thing on wheels! Inspiration kicked in, and I wanted to do another shoot using this particular scooter, but instead of a leather jacket, I put a more feminine twist to this shoot. When I do these shoots, I often have a small window of opportunity to do them, and this one was no exception! Hence for all you scooter lovers, I did not have time to give the Kino ride a full cleaning! So you will notice that! When I have a small window of opportunity, it's usually last minute, and a very tight squeeze of an hour or two! I dove in, and quickly decided on this location. I wanted a backdrop with this setting. I loved the clouds and water in the background. We still had some light. With the studio light set up, you could get some depth from the background, rather than just the black background from my Aprilia photo session. I made this shoot playful, fun, and did many different unique poses. The dress, the shoes, and the Kino overall gave off a fun vibe! This shoot could also have been done in daylight with an 85mm lens, an hour or two before sunset, with a cute dress and would have created some beautiful shots! Perhaps one of these days I will create a session like that, but at this time for this shoot, this is the idea that sprang in my mind and I went with it! Enjoy!

My husband joined me in the end of this session! It was unexpected, and happened spontaneously! He came to watch my session, and I asked him to join on a whim! I had never modeled with someone before, but we did really well together! He did pretty amazing for a first!
