how do you see this picture?

HELLO

This is the picture I photographed last night, in one of the front gardens of the police building.

I took this picture with smartphone xiaomi notes 4 with manual mode, auto focus and iso 1600.
I tried editing a bit of this image with 360 ° reversed rotation.

amazing is not it, looks like a big fireworks.

actually the original image is like this:

it is the effect of the water. without editing, because the gusts of strong winds make the effects of the lamp decompose.
