The Gaslamp District of San Diego is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city and one of the most famous. It's an area with lots of architectural charm. These are streets lined with nineteenth-century buildings restored in their original exuberance. Restaurants, shops and clubs occupy former brothels and salons.
