Sharing or reproducing someone else's work with attribution is not plagiarism. Plagiarism is claiming someone else's work as your own. @theking is not doing that here.
There are many things that need to be clarified.
But the most important one is the author only said photo by 林北岸 at the end of the article, which will make people misunderstand that the author writing the text, and referred to other images. But the truth is All photos and text was copied from the original link, without any modification.

I understand what you mean, but with all due respect, I don't quite agree. My decision to flag remains (switching from -100% to -99% is acceptable by me but I don't bother).

Definitely this, OR, put it under each photograph. Even though there is a credit at the bottom, people are still assuming they were taken by the poster. It happens all the time, to me as well.
