Hey Steemers......

Are you feelin steemy? I sure am! I just completed my workout for the day! It's hard to get motivated on a Sunday (a day of rest) to get movin... but I have goals to work out each day. I challenge you to find a workout that speaks to you, a move that is comfortable and gives you confidence and results you want?!?!?! Once you get in the flow of this you will see the addiction of wanting to see the results and you will work harder exceed your goals. I just bumped up my lifting weights from 40lbs to 60lbs. I decided to do this when I felt ready to take on more. I have also stopped eating so much sugar (candy) and substituting it with fruits. I also started eating black bean and pinto bean chips instead of greasy potato chips. I love food so changing my diet has been rough, but I am making it work and still treating myself as we all should. If you haven't worked out today here is a challenge for you.. It is very popular right now....

The Bring Sally Up Plank challenge

Here is how its done...

Turn the song "Bring Sally Up" by Moby from the album (2000)"Gone in 60 seconds" on any device, pause it to get into your plank position. Each time you hear "Bring Sally up" you will go into a push up stance, when they say "Bring Sally Down" you will return to your planking position. You with do this repeatedly throughout the song until you can no longer keep going. This is WAY harder than it looks.I lasted 47 seconds the first go round. I tried it again today during my workout and made it 1 minute and 15 seconds!!!! How well can you do?!?!? Let me know how well you did, I will be curious as to how well people do! I have provided a link to a video of of how this challenge is done! I tried to get the video up of me doing the challenge, but am having technical difficulty.
