Durian adalah buah yang unik dan juga kontroversial, mulai dari tekstur buah, kulit, sampai aroma. Banyak orang yang suka dengan buah durian karna tekstur yang lembut dan juga manis, namun tidak sedikit pula yang menghindarinya, karena aromanya yang sangat menyengat.

Durian bisa menjadi buah yang bagus untuk pencernaan kita, dapat mengatasi penyakit anemia. Kandungan asam folat dan vitamin B9 dalam buah durian menjadikan buah ini berdaging enak dan sangat bagus untuk kesehatan sebagai zat penghasil sel darah merah dalam tubuh, juga bagus untuk kesehatan kulit karena mengandung vitamin C yang banyak.
