You may be interested in the reason for the construction of this historical site. The founder of the Qajar dynasty is Agha Mohammad Khan. He wrested the kingdom from the hands of Lotf Ali Khan Zand, the last dynasty of the Zandiya dynasty. The last part under the control of Lotf Ali Khan Zand was the Bam citadel of Kerman, which was finally captured by Agha Mohammad Khan Qaja
The victor of the war, who was the founder of the Qajar dynasty, started massacring the people of Kerman and killed a large number of the people of Kerman. But the reign of this murderous king was not long and after a few years he died and his reign, who had no children, passed to his brother's children.

The next Qajar kings decided to build the Kerman citadel and historical market to compensate for this disaster. Since then, it has become a place of trade and commuting for the people of Kerman and other cities.
