An insect that looks like a leaf on a tree
The wind has faded away. The trees are frozen and are not moving. But what exactly is it? A leaf from the apple tree fell obliquely to the ground, as if blown by the wind, and moved somewhat as it fell. Is that a leaf, or something else? Of course, it's a butterfly, an autumn moth, not a leaf. She spends her entire existence imitating plants: as a caterpillar, she resembles a twig, as a pupa, she resembles green leaves (she pupates among them), and as a butterfly, she resembles a true fall leaf!
