Imperfect Shot

in #photography7 years ago (edited)

I shoot insects, maybe it's of a ants family, perched on a weeds in the bushes. I'm a bit overwhelmed when shooting some photos caught imperfectly, due to the speed of camera capture being overtaken by the speed of the ants moving fast, I use the smartphone's built-in automatic settings. Yea, that is the weakness of photographing macros with smartphones. After checking the EXIF data settings, I found the variation settings, the fastest shutter speed 1/530 sec and the slowest is 1/207 sec, maybe the speed required 1/1000 sec.

However, photographing macros with a smartphone has its own advantages, we do not need to worry about low-light problems.

Shot from Aceh's land in Banda Aceh.
Taken with the smartphone camera of Samsung Galaxy S7.
Color density processed in Adobe Photoshop.

I'm using a macro lens assembled, quoted from a broken underwater camera of COOLPIX AW100 Nikon.

Great Macro Shots my friend

wow, your shots can make a brother fall in love with insects..good job and keep steeming.

I'd say that the imperfections add to these photos, almost creating a sense of the ants being in constant motion. The vibrant green really pops as well. The type of photos you might see hanging in the lobby of a trendy downtown condo. Nice work!

Great macro!

you're shots are amazing!
I like the 1st and the last shot the most!
freakin' clear!
those black ants are freaking small and speedy quick!
yet those 1st and last shots look so damn clear!
you're awesome!

Nice musquito 🤗🤗 Great job , , your photo is best
