It look really tasty. I always wanted to know is this a condiment or do you cook with it ? In the Balkans we have something similar called Ajvar its made of peppers and vegetables can be spicy or mild.
yes we cook with it , its like wasabi in japan ,but its more tasty , maybe u can come to tunisia and try it . this harissa its made from dry peppers
