Very simple and very tasty apple pie

Ingredients: 

  1. Flour - 180 g
  2.  Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
  3.  Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  4.  Butter - 85 g
  5.  Sugar - 175 g
  6.  Egg - 1 pc 
  7. Milk - 120 g 
  8. Apples - 2 pcs

In a small bowl combine the flour (180 g), cinnamon (1/2 tsp) and baking powder (1.5 tsp). All this is necessary to mix well, preferably a whisk. The more mixed, the uniform and homogeneous dough will.

In another cup more, butter blend at room temperature (85 g) and sugar (175 g).

Well, beat with a mixer at high speed. This method of mixing sugar and oil will make ready a crumbly cake and apple it works fine, right?

We add one egg and whisk a little more weight, followed by milk (120 g).

Pour the dry ingredients in a small cup.

Mixing arms, without fanaticism, just until everything connects.

It's time to cut the apples. You will need two to three apples, everything depends on the diameter of your shape and size of apples. Try to take the apples of different varieties.
