Ompong: The Calm Before The Storm

in #pilipinas6 years ago (edited)

Philippines is now facing a huge storm approaching the larger area of the country. Many news and forecasts have been made. There are even warning and precautions circulating around the net on dealing with the said typhoon.

The whole day we had, it was very sunny, with no signs of raining. There are also even larger areas experiencing a sunny day today. But there are some reminders about how typhoon Yolanda hit Visayas. The same sunny day approached them and almost deceived by it. Then the typhoon came, with the waves from the sea approaching the island, wiping out the poor people.

Let us learn from the past and and pray that many more people will be safe when the typhoon comes. And even safer when the Habagat (south wind) came in place after the typhoon.
