Pinky and Spiky Celebrating Halloween

Pinky and Spiky went in the cemetery to light some candles for their dead relative. Spiky look around and wherever he looks he always see lots of different candles. He became curious and asked Pinky who is celebrating his birthday today? Victor also asked if someone has a birthday today, then where is the cake? why they only have candles.
