As you can see friends the current market is under 30 as per RSI and friends this is the opportunity to buy but the problem is volume. Volume is not increased yet but I think when people know about this news they will enter the market and volume will increase. We just need to wait to a green candle then we can think that people have read the news then we might think to enter the market
