Ooh, just one little pixel art today because my hands are so sore X3;;;
This little one is a representation of my character Oona Neapolis from the @steempunknet game. You can view an interview with her over here.
Oona is a creative scientist from an aristocratic family. I imagine the Skygrounds, where the artistocrats live to be heavily inspired by Art Nouveau, which is why she's wearing flower pins in her hair. I thought it gave her a kind of whimsical touch.

Ahhh she is one adorable scientist aristocrat ^_^. I like that you can give her a lot of personalities even in such a small pixel art.
The purple hair and her brown skin makes her really unique. What an interesting design and it actually makes me curious how she would look like if you draw her not as a sprite.

Hmm... that's a good question. It's been a very very long time since I drew people X3 Heh, but I feel like I'm trying to figure out a particular Steampunk aesthetic... Apparently Art Nouveau can overlap steampunk, so I imagine aristocrats would take inspiration from that style rather than the cogs and gears we see a lot of. One of my favourite illustrators is from that period too so ideally eventually I'll be able to make full size drawings with a similar energy to him. X3 <3
