One-day, no-plastic-bottled-water challenge!!!!!

Does it matter if you like drinking water from one-use bottles? They are convenient.

Are they though?

Is it really convenient to keep buying them at the store, carrying them to home, or work, or wherever it is that you are planning to drink them, and then drinking that water which actually has lower purity standards than tap water?

Wouldn't it be more convenient, and likely safer, to just drink tap water?

If you are one of those many people who routinely lug in cases of those bottles to work, when work has quality filtered water available, wouldn't it be more convenient to bring in one reusable water bottle and drink the clean, filtered water?

You could just leave your water bottle at work. Clean it sometimes. That seems to me to be both easier and less expensive than continuing to purchase cases of bottled water.fish art.jpg

Do you know how I think those endless tons of plastic bottles got to be polluting our earth and oceans?

I suspect quite a significant amount of them were one-at-a-time.

And I notice that even more endless bottles will continue to find their way there, so long as people continue choosing to drink their water that way.

How about try a one-day, no-plastic-bottled-water challenge? Try the filtered water at work. Get a filter for your home. Maybe you will be surprised at how good water tastes without that plastic after-taste and never go back.
