Oh it is tricky, I would say tor, but NSA has all the endpoints monitored so tor doesn't really stop anything as they can just trace the hops anyhow. If you want it get it and say f*ck them.
Oh I just read the whole site. I heard that there was supposed to be a release every week until Christmas the last one being the most revealing. This supposedly had come from Assange himself. I wonder if what they have maybe part of that. Hmm this is going to be interesting if it is legit.
Another place that publishes the wikileaks data is https://cryptome.org. It bothers me they have been posting personal information of Trump appointees and weaknesses to Trump tower, but are totally legit site.
Tor is ok, but if you download a NSA malware they can see the session. Use a V PN.
