BailaPoem #8: The Wind of Destiny
Why does the wind come up with ripples
that runs over your body?
That's a sign you're chosen in vein time
You do not have to bow to a petrified knee
This is my eye for you to look at, then you suck deeply
until you feel the sense of sincerity in the light,
Removes the horrors that stuck
in every twists of your path, what you call fate.
Would you hesitate to see the poet's glory
coupled with the shadows of dusk wind
which flows from west to south,
cornering on a mountain?
Then he painted on the white of your body a new sign of destiny
Which brings you off the lips
Bring, make it a blessing upon your winding path.
Great imagery and theme: this is a well constructed poem. I especially like that it leaves all its conclusions to the reader.
