How sweet it is to return to your embrace,
when in life I feel hardship.
In your tight embrace,
which reminds life is not so cruel.

Mother, you are my light,
guide in my life.
In my problems, you are always with me.

Forgive me if always
or often you are disobeyed.
But you will always remember,
my love for you is also unparalleled.

You took care of me in your womb,
your life is put in doubt.
The first word you look forward to,
you upheld me from the first step.

I wish time would be enough
to tell you everything.
In your unrequited love,
I am very grateful for my work.

Thank you, my mother,
for thou hast brought me up with discipline.
Everywhere I go,
in my heart and mind in your care.

My mother, you are my lifelong inspiration
Even sometimes I become consumption
