Just be Yourself

I hope when you get to where you want that you remember about your past. I hope that in time you will find what you've lost through counting your losses. All those little memories that we could never make last.
By cutting your clocks and telling off your bosses. Dreams that you're hoping will someday come to. You know just where to look, well you said you do. You think you do. Until an event takes place and think your dreams are nothing more than lies.
Life is full of surprises. It's like a coin toss, you don't know what side you'll see upright.
It's unpredictable, the outcome and that's what makes you uneasy and so damn uptight. Instead you should appreciate life and make the best of it. You're chasing success learning how to be independent.
Doing shit on your own but don't forget the people that were close to your heart. Whom made you feel at home when you were broken and alone. The ones who promised never to drift apart. Remember all the shit from your past and that you've grown.
We are all one in the same.
Just remember your origin and how at times you were filled with pain. Pain because fate could not be tempted, and time couldn't unwind. Light could not retrieve you or now when it can't retrieve the life you left behind.
Memories found you and the silence they brought was too bold. But in that exact moment you found a reason for the life you were sold. If you've told yourself what you want is out of your reach.
Then you just mislead yourself.
Don't be close minded because then you'll never exceed anywhere. I'm just trying to prove a point. Just don't hesitate to stay real.
Always try your best.
Never be fake; just be yourself.
