The Forest Through The Trees

Billy was walking through the forest admiring everything he could see,
When he couldn't see the forest through the trees.
He was so enamored by all the creatures in the woods,
That he didn't notice he was far away from any roads.

He walked further and further into the green,
Where no man had ever been heard or seen.
Billy saw a squirrel, looking so kind,
And followed it through a trail that did wind.

The squirrel suddenly went into the tree,
And he climbed up just so he could see.
But when he reached the top,
He could see a traffic cop.

He was so excited that he fell down to the ground,
And raced to the automobile sounds.
It was the city, full of bustle and hustle,
That was when he knew he was safe as he heard the train hussle.
