FRAGMENTED

Garbage in, Garbage out, The mind refuses no river,
Troubles within and out, trying to brace the weather.
Notes-to-self becomes random scribbling of thought,
Feeling trapped in space like a touring astronaut.
There is an empty folder taking up space in the mind,
It's filled with nothing but thoughts of the unforeseen.
Like a devouring dark matter of unknown origin,
It sucks me into a vacuum space without reason.
The battle over the mind continues,
Be careful what you wish for,
Be more careful what you devour,
Mind control, fake news and more.
Over the impossible stormy seas,
Feeling fragmented and not aware.
The human spirit must prevail,
The mindware needs a repair.

Lately, I have no motivation to write poems and this kind of poetry is what I needed write now. You wrote it so well and I agree to every lines you wrote.
It's human nature to overthink and it's really hard how to overcome it. A strong will power is needed to defeat what our mind overthink.
