JACK POT Scratch Off Hunting Poem/Rap

Hello Steemians,
I wrote a poem/rap about my addiction to scratch tickets. I also like playing powerball and megamillions. I'm a college grad who has taken a statistics class and we talked about the lottery/casinos/gambling a lot in that class. I know how small the odds of winning are, but I play anyways. Actually the small odds are what intrigues me. I would love to win a game with the odds of 1 out of 150 million. That just makes it all the more special.

Scratch ticket odds are typically 1 out of 2 million or 5 million. However, what keeps me addicted is all the small prizes. I win $50-200 all the time. Some days I'll spend $20 and win $150. So then I spend $100 and win more and keep spending or lose everything and spend the $50 leftover from the $150. The lottery always ends up with all my money because I'm hunting for a jack pot. I don't spend anything I can't afford losing, but I still manage to spend a lot on the lottery.

Part of my job is to drive all around the city looking at property because I do real estate. Well every time I stop for gas I'll spend $5 on the lotto. You wouldn't believe how many $5 tickets have won me $50. I usually spend about $25 on five dollar tickets until I hit a $50. BUT: a lot of days you lose every ticket you buy.

Strangely I find that certain days I either win like crazy or other days I lose on everything. On the winning days I usually win $50-$200 on the first ticket I buy and then that money will last me for a while (sometimes a week) buying and winning/losing until all of it is gone. On the losing days I usually spend about $10-20 and quit. Sometimes I've spent $100 on about 20-30 tickets and lost on everything. But I keep going cause I'm hunting down a jackpot.
