Hope all lost, world’s dark power
A drowning pain, a vicious shower

A last resort, life’s saving grace
Emergency signal, please break glass
My phone charged, a friend to last
Please reach out, before your lost
Inner fight embraced, at any cost
Remember, “it is ok, to not be ok”
Just let me know, so you can stay
No quick fix, lessons make us strong
