Mirrored Beauty
A silver surface faced me as i faced the wall,
Showing me myself, my body, I saw it all,
It gave me a view without bias and lies,
It told me who i am as time flies,
absorbing my form without lies and bias,
Neglecting the views of biased men and liars,
At times, I turn to candles and the moon to hide my beauty,
but persistantly still, it reflected me faithfully,
Then I realized and accepted that the mirror is correct,
Yes I am imperfect, but my imperfections made me perfect,
And with all this, It still stood still,
I am beautiful, always was, and always will.
