Dream Whispers
On the bed of harmony the dreamers whisper
Where are the flowers that once have died
And the bees, butterflies and twittering birds
But far in the distance only few have cried.
Where are the flowers that once have died
In the ethers blooming beneath the sun
Where the web of life is nurtured and loved
There all are valued even the smallest one.
In the ethers blooming beneath glistening sun
Tears changed to raindrops from pure white clouds
Bright rainbows in triumphant colour arc
Earth breath free from sullen grey shrouds
And the bees, butterflies and twittering birds
There frolic in freedoms vibrant escapades
Wth gentle ease Fern fronds sway to and fro
Under tree canopy sheltered mossy glades
But far in the distance only few have cried
For gone without trace those treasured things
In a place where wanderlust echoes roam
One cherished bluebird eternally sings.
