by the tongue
echoes
through the universe
sharing
its wisdom
with the souls entwined
spoken
with the eyes
words
unable to grasp
the sacredness
of
its essence
gracious
and profound
weaving
the recklessness of
honor
into the fabric
of their lives
undefined
by the insignificant
rule of law
existing high
above the
confines
of pettiness
declared
among the stars
defying
the ignorance that
plagues
the flaccid
mind
feeling
that began as a
thought
solemn by
nature
and ceremoniously
unfraught
speaking only
truth
a testament to
love
a commitment
between
two.
