The mind wanders to judge and inside starts.
Dogma’s pressure steadily doth pursue.
Broken vows to self and service equal parts.
A lack of deeds is mine alone to rue.

Hang the foul heretic, instigator.
He boasts the crimes, spare not the rule or rod.
Half hearted, soft stroke, self flagellator.
A following sentence direct from God.

With no cathedrals sowed to ease the pain
Nee’r a moment worth the page, all is lost.
His laughter and tears the odd strangers gain.
Where be the reward of such a steep cost!?
