Silence

We keep valuing words as if it's gold

yet what lies within each is what we are told.

Each pause between a word and after a word tells a different story

i don't know but yours might be gory. 

We live in a place where we are constantly bombarded with information

that we are told is good for the nation

but we are never told what is needed by the soul

hence we continue our never-ending search for external validation

slowly silencing the dying voice from being told.

Take your time in this beautiful life

Take your pauses like cutting onions with a knife.

Or you might lose a moment that will forever say ta..ta

And by losing the moment you are rushing to cherish the next moment :) na..na

Relaxxxxx this isn't a 100 meter sprint 

or something that's suppose to move like a whirlwind

This is a journey of discovery 

of your senses that stimulate you wildly

of your tastes that will constantly change

of your passions that will fill you up with fire

of your pain that will make you dire.

of your love that will silence all the rest.
